3d Anderson localization

Numerical experiments » Anderson localization in dimension 2 and dimension 3 » 3d Anderson localization

In order to numerically study the localization properties in 3d, one can use various methods. The simplest model (for saving precious CPU and human time) is the Anderson model. I suggest that you use them in the following order, like for the 2d study:

  1. Exact diagonalization
  2. Time propagation of a 3d wavepacket
  3. Transfer matrix method
